Answering God’s Call to Leadership and Mentoring

Two 45-minute segments designed for women leaders in churches and non-profit ministries who wish to develop their leadership skills. Can be combined into one segment.

Finding Our Beauty in Christ

Designed for teens and women of all ages, Norma shares her powerful life’s story and her search for personal identity. “My wish is that every girl/woman will come to know that a radiant face in Jesus, with no shame, or guilt or self-abasement, or low self-esteem, in relationship with Jesus is the greatest beauty secret there is…and it is a free gift, already paid for.”

Sex Trafficking: Break My Heart

Concerned for the vulnerable, at-risk young women in her community who may be trapped in sexual abuse and/or sex trafficking, Norma not only speaks out, but she has developed an outreach initiative to bring awareness and prevention to the community-at-large; to educate how the issue affects the mind, body and spirit of the young victims and the importance of ultimate healing coming through the Lord Jesus, as we find our true identity in Him. Ask God to break our heart as his is breaking.

Caregiving: An Ever Deepening Love

Home caregiving for a loved one is a growing epidemic affecting many of us for various reasons: car accidents, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Parkinson’s, special needs, and so on. Norma shares her struggles, joys and the ever-deepening love God has given her for her husband ever since a serious car accident in 2010, which is now compounded by other serious illnesses. Listen to her tell how God speaks to her through his word saying, “Do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly, we are being renewed day by day” 2 Corinthians 4:16 (NIV).

"Thank you so much for coming to speak to our overflowing crowd at Lunch Bunch. Your heartfelt message struck all of us as believers, whether we have had dysfunctional homes or loving homes. We could all identify with your disappointments, confusion and pain until you met the Great Healer. Jesus has indeed redeemed the brokenness of your past and made something so beautiful out of your life. We all love the book! It will speak to women everywhere."
